Leaders from Jining Economic Development Zone conducted on-site research on Shandong Hightop Group

Recently, Liu Xiaolin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shandong Province, Cai Dahu, Director of the Economic and Technological Development Zone Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, and relevant leaders from the district innovation and entrepreneurship center and business service department visited the Gentop Machinery Production Workshop of Shandong Hightop Group to conduct on-site research on the resumption of work and production of enterprises after the new year.

During the research process, the leaders went deep into the front line of the workshop and gained a detailed understanding of the production and operation status of the enterprise. We focused on inquiring about the current order volume of the enterprise and the completion status of the first quarter's "good start" target. At the same time, a detailed understanding of the enterprise's project construction, R&D investment and other related situations was conducted, encouraging the enterprise to increase innovation efforts and enhance core competitiveness. In addition, the leaders also paid special attention to the foreign trade situation of the enterprise and exchanged ideas with the enterprise leaders on how to better expand the international market and respond to changes in the external environment.

Zhao Fuping, General Manager of Gentop Production Workshop, Zheng Shuai, General Manager of Comprehensive Office, and others warmly received the visiting leaders and reported on the production and operation situation of the enterprise. Zhao Fuping stated that the company currently has sufficient orders and a busy production line. All employees are fully committed to production and are confident in achieving the goal of a "good start" to the first quarter. In terms of project research and development, the company has maintained a high level of investment, constantly launching new products and technologies to adapt to changes in market demand. At the same time, enterprises are actively expanding overseas markets, strengthening cooperation with international customers, and maintaining a stable growth trend in foreign investment and trade business.

This survey reflects the high attention and concern of the leaders of Jining Economic Development Zone for the development of enterprises. By gaining a deep understanding of the actual needs and difficulties of enterprises, it provides a basis for the government to formulate more precise and effective policies. At the same time, it has injected confidence and motivation into enterprises, inspiring them to continue working hard in the new year and make greater contributions to the development of the local economy.

In the future, Hightop Machinery will continue to adhere to the concept of innovative development, continuously improve product quality and service level, and strive to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise. At the same time, the company also hopes that the Economic Development Zone Management Committee can further increase its support for enterprises, create a better business environment, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the Jining Economic Development Zone economy.
