Before You Buy: Supplier & Product Questions
Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We're a manufacturer based in Jining, Shandong, China. Our production facilities cover more than 110,000 square meters, and we have a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Working directly with us gives you access to our technical team, factory-direct pricing, and support throughout the purchasing process.
Q2: What certifications and qualifications do you have?
We hold ISO 9001, CE, SGS, TUV, and BV certifications, and our group has been granted more than 40 national patents. Our mini excavators have ranked among the top exporters for six consecutive years, reflecting our experience in serving international markets.
Q3: Which markets do you export to?
We export to more than 100 countries and regions, including markets across Europe, North America, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. Our equipment serves customers working in a wide range of climates, industries, and jobsite conditions.
Q4: Can your machines operate in our local climate?
Our machines are used in a variety of climates, from cold Nordic winters to hot, humid conditions in Southeast Asia. Depending on the model and operating environment, we can recommend suitable configurations, including cold-weather starting options for low temperatures and appropriate protection for hydraulic and electrical components in hot, humid conditions. Tell us where you'll be operating the machine and what conditions you expect, and we'll help you choose the right setup.
Q5: Is a mini excavator suitable for home use or small projects?
Yes. Our compact excavators in the 0.6–6-ton range can be suitable for homeowners, landscaping contractors, and small construction projects. Depending on the model, their compact dimensions make them practical for tasks such as digging garden trenches, landscaping, and working in confined spaces. We can help you choose a machine based on your available space, digging requirements, and expected workload.
Q6: Do the specifications in your catalog reflect actual working performance?
Our published specifications are based on standard test conditions. Actual performance can vary depending on the jobsite, ground conditions, attachments, and operating practices. If you share your application, expected daily operating hours, and working conditions, we can recommend a model and configuration that better match your needs.
Ordering: Customization, MOQ & Payment
Q7: Can you customize the machine configuration, color, or attachments?
Yes. We offer customization options such as machine configuration, attachment selection, paint color, and company logos, depending on the model and order requirements. These options can be particularly useful for dealers who want to build a consistent brand presence in their local markets. Contact us with your requirements so we can confirm what's available for your chosen model.
Q8: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is one unit. You can purchase a single machine for your own projects or place larger orders for resale and distribution.
Q9: What is the delivery lead time?
Lead times depend on the model, order quantity, production schedule, and any customization requirements. Standard models and customized machines may have different lead times. Please confirm the estimated production and shipping schedule with our sales team before placing your order.
Q10: What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We accept commonly used international payment methods. Available payment options and terms depend on the order details and the agreed arrangement. Our sales team can confirm the available methods and payment schedule when preparing your quotation.
After Delivery: Warranty & Spare Parts
Q11: What does your warranty cover?
Key components are covered by a one-year warranty, and we provide technical support, including online operating guidance and repair videos. Replacement parts are supplied free of charge for issues confirmed to result from manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms. Damage caused by improper operation is not covered. Please confirm the specific warranty coverage for your chosen model before ordering.
Q12: How can we get spare parts when operating overseas?
Our group operates nine overseas warehouses: two in the United States, one in Germany, one in the United Kingdom, two in Spain, two in Poland, and one in Saudi Arabia. Common spare parts may be available from the nearest warehouse, depending on local stock and the part required. This can help reduce waiting times and minimize machine downtime.
Q13: Should we order spare parts with the machine?
We recommend reviewing the spare-parts list and confirming the relevant part numbers when placing your order. If your machine will be working in a remote area or where replacement parts are difficult to obtain, ordering essential wear parts with the initial shipment can help avoid unnecessary downtime later.
Shipping & Receiving
Q14: Can we inspect the machine before shipment?
Yes. We recommend arranging a pre-shipment inspection to verify the model, quantity, machine condition, included accessories, packaging, and shipping marks against your order. For container shipments, you can also arrange to witness or document the loading process, including the machine's condition, container number, and seal number. Agreeing on the inspection arrangements in advance helps both parties confirm that the shipment matches the order.
Q15: How are the machines shipped? Can they fit in a standard shipping container?
Shipping options depend on the machine's dimensions, weight, and configuration. Smaller models may fit in standard shipping containers, while larger machines may require open-top containers, flat racks, or roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) shipping, depending on their dimensions and transport requirements. We recommend confirming the shipping method early in the ordering process, as the machine's transport dimensions and weight affect freight costs. Our team can help identify a suitable shipping option for your model.
Q16: What should we check when the machine arrives?
Before operating the machine, inspect it for any visible transport damage and confirm that all ordered accessories and the operator's manual are included. Check the relevant fluid levels, including engine oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel, in accordance with the operator's manual. If you notice any damage, missing items, or other discrepancies, document them and contact our after-sales team before putting the machine into service.
