🔥 Primary Heating System – 18KW Total Power

The primary heating system consists of two independent 6KW block heaters (18KW total). This high-performance heating system achieves a DT of 50°C and reaches application temperatures of 90°C in normal conditions. 🔌 Independent Hose Heating – Up to 150 Meters

Equipped with two 4000W isolation transformers, the CNMC-500L spray machine allows individual heating of each component hose up to 150 meters. The heated hose features a copper resistance element homogeneously spread around the hose – eliminating cold spots and heat concentration issues found in traditional hoses.

Each pump is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to deliver precise component volume.
