(1) Because the advance angle of the fuel is too large, the fuel is quickly injected into the combustion chamber. The low pressure and high temperature in the cylinder cannot ignite the fuel. When the piston moves upward, the cylinder reaches a certain pressure and temperature, and the combustible mixture burns. (2) The fuel supply advance angle is too small, and the cylinder fuel is too slow. Before forming a combustible mixture, some fuel must be separated or discharged. The fuel discharged with the exhaust gas decomposes at high temperature to form black smoke. As more oil enters the cylinder, more gas cannot be completely burned, thereby reducing fuel oil. In addition, heavy workload, poor fuel quality and low working temperature will exhaust all exhaust gas. The lubricating oil enters the cylinder, is heated and evaporates into blue oil and gas. There are two common cleaning methods: (1) Tapping method, remove the filter element from the housing, gently tap the end surface of the filter paper to make the dust fall off. Do not touch the outer surface of the filter element to avoid damage to the filter element. (2) Blowing method, that is, use compressed air to blow the air in the filter element to blow off the dust. To prevent damage to the filter paper, the compressed air pressure should not exceed 0.2 to 0.3 MPa. 4 Clean and replace the filter regularly.  In use, the air filter element should be cleaned regularly in accordance with the vehicle maintenance regulations to avoid increasing intake resistance, reducing engine power, and increasing fuel consumption due to excessive dust adhesion on the filter element . If the filter element is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
